We have a team with over 50 years of experience between them, dealing with criminal matters which we are presently able to handle all the way through the system from Police Station to Court. We also have a Partner who has Higher Audience Rights, enabling him to appear on behalf of clients in the Crown Court and above.
Our criminal caseload has encompassed murder, rape, robbery, fraud and many other serious offences. We also deal with motoring cases both locally and further afield including drink driving, dangerous driving, driving without due care and attention and speeding.
We have acted on many occasions when clients were at risk of losing their licences and have enjoyed a fair degree of success in avoiding this eventuality. We are fortunate to have the support of a caseworker with extensive knowledge and expertise in road traffic matters.
We no longer undertake Publicly funded work having withdrawn from our Legal Aid Franchise.
